On September 1, a heartwarming wildlife rescue operation quietly took place at CHN Energy Qinghai Company. The inspection team discovered a small bird that resembled a young eagle, struggling desperately to fly but seemingly too weak to take off. The team quickly and carefully wrapped the bird in a cotton-padded jacket and gently placed it into a towel-lined box.
When the rescue personnel arrived, they expressed sincere gratitude for the power station staff's timely discovery and proper assistance. It was confirmed that the injured bird was a common kestrel, an animal under state class-II protection in China. The bird has been handed over to the local wildlife rescue station, where it is now receiving professional treatment and care. Once it recovers, the kestrel will be released back into the wild.
